NEW STORY CONTINUATION!

"Little Freddie"
Original prompt by [3_qNloW*pfC]!
Little Freddie was a medium-haired guinea pig with equal parts beige, white and grey fur, whirling and whorling about his body, floofing and fleefing outward from underneath his little chin, and combing between his floppy pink ears like a feral toupee.
One day Little Freddie woke up in his cuddle cup and yawned and .....
New story continuation by [Gabby]!
Freddie saw the cat and he started to run as fast as his little paws could take him. Then, just before the cat got him, he hid under the living room chair.
The cat's paw kept trying to get Freddie out from under the living room chair, but it was no use. So then, the cat stopped trying and went to eat.
When Freddie came out from under the chair, he saw THE DOG. Freddie was so scared that he could not move! Just when the dog was about to jump, something stopped the dog.
Freddie says to himself, "What stopped that dog?"
The dog was pulled out of the way and the owner of Freddie came to him and picked him up. Freddie was finally back in his own cage with his little water bottle and his little food pellets. Then something wiggled his cage again...
As soon as the owner put Freddie in the cage and left, the cat went to talk to Freddie. "I'm sorry I tried to chase you and catch you for food. I'm not really like that much. It's just that our owner forgot to feed me and Bo." Princess says.
"I'm sorry, too," said Bo.
"If you want to, we can be your friends and we can let you out of that little cage and let you be able to eat all the lettuce that you have always wanted to eat!" Princess said.
"Okay! That's a deal!" Freddie said.
So princess let him out of the cage like she promised and Freddie, Bo, and Princess were all friends. Then Freddie got to eat all the lettuce and carrots he wanted....
Now the story continues from here...

Daily Poem # 51!

Lovely You

To me
You are like gold
And silver
Put into one
Only, you are better
You always know
How to make me smile
And make me laugh
I could go on
About how wonderful
You really are
But who knows,
That could take
A lifetime...

A Pickle At a Picnic!
The day was hot and sunny,
But something happened funny.
My basket full of eats,
I opened up for treats.
A little jar I saw
On which I placed my paw.
As the cover popped off,
Startled, I did cough.
A slippery, olive green
Object dressed in sheen,
With a sudden pace
Jumped up in my face.
As I was aghast,
It happened all so fast!
My mouth was opened wide,
When that green thing slipped inside!
As I tried to catch my breath,
It was sudden death.
That slipping, sliding green
Went whizzing by my spleen.
It wriggled all about,
'Til it made me shout.
I gave it all I had,
But then it made me glad.
For when I coughed and choked,
The process was revoked.
That rubbery, olive green
Shot out good and clean.
Across the park it zoomed
Past where the flowers bloomed.
It bonged into a tree
And bounced right back at me!
My paw, defensively I raised,
To stop this green so crazed.
Kerplunk! It plopped back in the jar.
I replaced the lid and thanked my lucky star!
