Image Rules

There are some image rules that I would like to cover them more indepth:

- ASCII art, although allowed, should be kept low. ASCII is images made up of keyboard characters. Some common examples of those are a rose, a rabbit, and a dragon. If you have ASCII, please keep no more than one large ASCII, or two small ones.

- I've seen a few cases of art theft here on Elf12. Art theft is taking someone elses' work and claiming it to be your own. The other persons' art can be from anywhere, Elftown, Google, or anywhere else. If you steal art too often, you may end up banned.

- Only use free to use images in your house! We allow you to use images from other websites, but you must be sure the images are free and not copyrighted. Unless it says on the website that the image is free to use on your own website, do not use the image on Elf12! Elf12 can get in major trouble if we have images that are not free to use. If you are not 100% sure the image is free to use, either ask one of the guards or do not use it!

- Celebrity pictures are not allowed on your house. They are allowed on wikipages, but not on your house. Any celebrity pictures that are in your house will be removed by the guards.

- Also, to all badge makers, you cannot use copyrighted images on badges. Before making any official badges, please get approval by [Lerune] or [Angelo].

For more information about the image rules, look at What Pictures Are Not Allowed.

- Anyone that had an image from Adopt a Anime Kitty please remove the image from your member description, or the guards will.
